My husband complained for years to his doctors about unbearable abdominal pain twenty-four hours a day every day. On the day he passed in the emergency department of the hospital, he had very little urine accumulated in the bag but he was becoming extremely bloated from the fluid intake as I.V. He was never diagnosed as having kidney problems; in fact he was never tested for it. Could he have died from kidney failure? Would you have any idea as to why he became so bloated from the many bags of I.V. administered?
