I Have Been Diagnosed To Have Minimal Change Disease . Proteinuria. I Am Prescribed Wyslone 15mg And Pangraff 3.5mg.
Proteinuria , I am on Wysolone and Pangraff ,Olmin 40, ondero 5mg , Dapavel 10, and Europa 0.5mg.
Is this treatment the right one
The medications you're taking are commonly used for IgAN treatment:
- Wysolone (corticosteroid) helps reduce inflammation
- Pangraff (tacrolimus) is an immunosuppressant
- Olmin and Ondero (blood pressure medications) help protect kidneys
- Dapavel and Europa help manage other IgAN-related symptoms
This combination appears appropriate as it follows standard treatment guidelines for IgAN with proteinuria. However, medication effectiveness should be monitored regularly through blood and urine tests.
Always keep your follow-up appointments so your doctor can monitor your response to these medications and adjust doses if needed.
