1. Your medications: You're on a combination of steroids (Wysolone/prednisolone) and immunosuppressant (Pangraf/tacrolimus), which is a standard treatment protocol for reducing proteinuria in IgAN.
2. UACR: Your value of 1106 µg/mg is elevated (normal is <30 µg/mg). However, since you just started treatment in May 2024, it may take time to see improvement.
3. Monitoring: Keep tracking your UACR values as they should gradually decrease with treatment. Regular blood work to monitor kidney function and medication levels is important.
