Not a lot but some don’t progress. Only “repair” is transplant. Be careful with antibiotics. I see an infectious disease doctor to treat my frequent UTIs and he knows how to adjust dosage and when I’m on
Antibiotics does weekly blood draws.
Stay hydrated. Avoid tomato, potatoes and bananas.
I’m sleepy a lot. I nap frequently.

I have stage 2 and was diagnosed this past year.

I'm also in stage 3 kidney failure and really don't want to see stage 4. What can I do if anything I'm scared.
