The cats out of the bag... We have been taught wrong for generations in fact everything we learned or should I say indoctrinated into believing is ass backwards from the truth. Sugars and carbohydrates are the problem period. Grains, breads, rice, pasta, beans, seed oils and cereals are causing the inflammation that's causing the heart disease, strokes, type 2 diabetes, fatty liver disease and fibromyalgia just to name a few. Tens of thousands have transitioned to the carnivore lifestyle nothing but red meat, eggs, butter, bacon and seafood. With nothing but water to drink. Type 2 diabetes is completely going away and some have actually got off of dialysis fatty liver disease is also going away. Autoimmune disorders like Multiple Sclerosis and lupus are going into remission. My diabetes went away within 2 weeks from carnivore. My brother in-law and daughter in-law were both type 2 diabetics and they both went carnivore and within 2 weeks their diabetes was gone. Thanks for listening and a Merry Christmas to all.

Hi Mary. I have stage 3a. My nephrologist said to eat protein with each meal. Eggs are fine , chicken, turkey, fish are ok. Don’t eat beef. Some vegetables are ok depending on what your lab values are or if you can see a dietitian that can really help. I was taking vitamins but my doctor said to avoid them. I buy canned food marked low sodium. Amazon website has many options for low sodium foods also. I hope this helps you.
